1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Watches, glasses, and accessories that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Please email support@hdotstore.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return/exchange.
  • We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of shipment.

4. Inspection & Processing

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s).
  • We will notify you by email within 5 business days confirming whether the return is approved.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
  • Please note your payment provider might take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Exchanges

  • If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., a different color, warranty issue), please specify this when requesting your return.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, including covering return shipping.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products (if applicable) are non-returnable.
  • All sale items are refundable unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase.

9. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
  • After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible; please follow the return process above.

10. International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
  • Returns from international orders follow the same process above, with the customer covering return shipping unless it’s our error.
